When he announced his retirement, everyone wondered what Andre Agassi would do after leaving professional tennis. The eight-time Grand Slam champion seems to have made up his mind about this point and has signed a partnership agreement with Steve Case’s luxury vacation club.
"In tennis ... you work, you train and all that so that you can maybe add something to somebody's life for those couple of hours," Agassi said. "And this is a great way of channeling that desire that I have to affect somebody for longer than that."
He also said that he feels really connected to what a family is looking for on vacation. “When they decide to take time together, they're not looking to do things separately -- they're looking to connect stronger with each other and also themselves,” the former tennis player explained.
When asked about how many times he has picked up a tennis racket since the U.S. Open, Agassi confessed that he only played once for thirty minutes because his wife wanted some exercise.
